All very London-centric here recently.
Dinner at Diwana Bhel Puri House on Drummond Street. It’s just one of these things, you know, an institution. We hadn’t been there for years. The food was decent enough.
And then Sunday, of course, was marathon day. We cheered Mo on as well as many of the crazy souls who opted to spend the sunniest warmest day of the year running. Every year, you’re guaranteed to know someone who’s running the marathon. The day is charged with emotion and determination, and you can’t help but be swept along by the runners.
And of course, the C. A. Mathew exhibition, which I wholeheartedly recommend.
Here’s today’s batch of links.

> A self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic was declared on 7 April 2014. It is not recognised by any other state and locals refer to it as a ‘crackpot project’. I fear this has short-lived written all over it. It did reignite my interest in creating my own country though
